How much will it cost to fix?

After testing and checking your system only then will we know what is required it could be the antenna, faulty connections, require an amplifier, i would look stupid if i changed your antenna and the reception was still terrible.

Will I get all the TV Channels?

Yes I guarantee all free view channels working perfectly.

Do I need a new digital antenna?

If it’s been there 25 years and the elements are falling off yes. If the antenna is in sound condition testing will measure the signal strength and quality of the signal. Both are very important to perfect TV viewing. Only through this testing can we find the fault.

I can’t get reception on channel 7 - why?

There are a couple of answers.. but a couple of questions first!

Are you using a digital antenna?

Are you running your free to air channel via Foxtel?

Some helpful foxtel advice (from previous customers and myself):

A: I cannot go from Channel 7 to another FTA channel. I have to go to a Foxtel channel first then go to the FTA channel.

A: Go into settings, choose Terrestial channels and do a full rescan. This gives you all the channels again.
